Terms of Sale: Fiala Plus
Who you're buying from
Payment for Fiala Plus is handled by Stripe, including sales tax and VAT where it applies, and your receipt. Stripe's terms and privacy policy apply to the checkout.
What you get
- An unlock code that turns on Fiala Plus features (currently the clinician report, insights and spend tracking) in Fiala on the website and in the apps. Plus unlocks automatically after you pay; keep the code to unlock your other devices.
- Use on your own personal devices. Please don't share your code.
- Future improvements to these features at no extra cost. New features may be added to Plus over time; a future paid service (such as sync between devices) may be sold separately.
Everything in Fiala that was free before you bought Plus stays free.
Refunds
If you're not happy, email support@getfiala.com within 14 days of buying for a full refund, no questions asked. After a refund, please remove Fiala Plus from your devices. Your statutory rights as a consumer aren't affected.
Your data
Plus features work entirely on your device, like the rest of Fiala. Once, right after you pay, Fiala sends the checkout reference Stripe gives it to Fiala's unlock service, which confirms the payment with Stripe and returns your unlock code. After that, Plus works offline and nothing more is sent. Nothing from your log is ever sent. See the privacy policy.
Not medical advice
Fiala and Fiala Plus are for education and personal record-keeping only. Reports and insights summarise what you enter; they are not a medical record or medical advice, and they haven't been checked by a clinician.
Availability
Fiala is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it running, but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. If Fiala Plus is ever discontinued, the features you bought will keep working on devices where they're unlocked for as long as your device and browser can run Fiala.
